Terms of the pass, in plain English

Who you’re buying from

Restyle This Room is sold by its makers. By using the site or buying the pass, you agree to these terms.

The free restyle

Every visitor gets one free restyle, shown on the page, with no payment and no sign-up. After it, the page offers the pass. You don’t have to buy it.

What the pass is

The pass is a one-time purchase that opens a private studio, with:

• 40 restyles to use within 30 days of purchase;
• a full-size download of every restyle, which you can keep;
• every style, and the Keep my furniture mode for paint and decor only;
• side-by-side compare, and deleting a single restyle or everything at once.

The pass ends 30 days after purchase. Restyles you haven’t used by then end with it, and everything in the studio is deleted. Download the restyles you want to keep before then. It runs in a web browser: there is no app, no account and nothing physical is shipped.

Each restyle you start uses one of the pass’s restyles. If a restyle fails, or the room check turns the photo away, it isn’t counted. On a very busy day the site may pause new restyles until the next day; it says so on the page and nothing is counted.

Price and refunds

$19, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Restyles are AI illustrations

Restyles are AI illustrations to help you decide: sizes, colours and products are not exact. The furniture and decor are drawn by AI and aren’t real products you can order. A restyle isn’t a floor plan, a measured drawing, a shopping list or professional design, building or safety advice. The AI is told to keep your walls, windows and layout, but it can change them. Check real samples and measurements before you buy or paint.

Photos you upload

• Only upload photos you have the right to use: photos you took, or that the owner said you may use.
• No photos of people. Upload rooms with nobody in them. The room check turns away photos that show a person; please don’t try to get around it.
• Rooms only. Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything that isn’t a photo of an indoor room.

We use your photos only to make your restyles, as the privacy policy describes.

Using your restyles

You may keep and use the restyles you download for your own home and projects. Don’t present a restyle as a photo of a real room, for example in a property listing, without saying it was made by AI.

Your studio link

The pass lives behind a private studio link. Anyone holding it can open your studio, so keep it private. You can replace it with a new link from the studio at any time.

Limits

Restyle This Room is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you bought applies to your pass.
